• Kari E. McGlothlin , DVM

  
  Dr. Kari McGlothlin graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1997. 
  
  She grew up on the north side of San Antonio and married her high school sweetheart, Scott McGlothlin, just before entering veterinary medical school. 
  
  They have two energetic little boys, Jared, 9 and Blake, 6.  The four-legged members of the McGlothlin family include AnnaBelle, Periwinkle and Hop-a-Long Cassidy (who is actually three-legged).
  
  When not caring for her furry patients, Dr. McGlothlin enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, traveling, and working in her yard.

• Jamie M Fehlis , DVM

  
  Dr. Jamie Fehlis graduated with honors from Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1999.  She was born in New Jersey (but don’t hold that against her) and grew up in El Paso and then Midland, TX. 
  
  Dr. Fehlis came to work in San Antonio after graduation from veterinary school and soon met her wonderful husband, Chuck Fehlis.  They have two lovely children, Samantha, 7 and Luke, 4.
  
  The Fehlis family also includes four furry members, Sebastian, Sullivan, Noah and Benjamin. 
  
  Dr. Fehlis enjoys gardening, kickboxing, swimming and jogging.

• Chrissy Fikes , Registered Veterinary Technician

  
  

  Chrissy has been with the practice since it's opening in April 2009.  In May 2009, Chrissy completed the academic program for an Associate Degree in Veterinary Technology. She passed her State and National Board exams and is now a RVT at Cibolo Canyons Veterinary Hospital.

  
  Chrissy has an adorable five-year-old daughter named Charlize. She also has a couple of great dogs – 10-year-old Dagwood and 2-year-old Maddie.

  
  In her spare time, Chrissy enjoys spending time with her daughter and family.  She also likes to bake and travel.

• Christa Moreland , Veterinary Technician

  
  

  Christa has been with the practice since March 2010 and has worked in the veterinary field for the past 8 years.  She started out at as a Veterinary Assistant and was then trained as a Veterinary Technician.  Christa has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from UT San Antonio. 
  
  Christa was born in Germany, but has lived in San Antonio since 1991. Her family is made up of a wonderful husband, Andrew, three dogs, Lady, Cheyenne and Lakota, and a turtle named Titus. 
  
  Christa enjoys the outdoors, traveling, baking, photography, and hanging out with family and friends.

• Donna Singer , Lead Receptionist

  
  

  Donna has been with the practice since August 2009.  She was born in Ridgewood, NJ and moved to Texas in 1998. Donna has a Bachelors of Music/Teachers Certificate from SUNY and a Masters in Music Performance from NYU. She taught high school band and drama for 12 years before entering the veterinary field where she has worked since.

  
  Donna's family includes her partner Linda, a dog Sparky, 5 cats – Taz, Dracqui, Kiki, Brady, Tessie and Tootles the bird.

  
  Donna plays saxophone, keyboard and clarinet in a Pop-Rock Band at various local venues. She loves sports and travel.

• Saundra Edwards , Receptionist

  
  

  Saundra has been with the practice since it's opening in April 2009.  She was born in Fredericksburg in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.  She has lived in San Antonio, Houston and Dallas over the years but considers San Antonio home.

  
  Saundra enjoyed a long career in the hospitality industry.  She was employed by La Quinta hotels for more than 20 years and held positions in the marketing and advertising field. The veterinary field is a new venture for her and she is enjoying the daily interaction with great dogs and cats.  She also has a professional pet sitting service which keeps her quite busy when she's not working at the practice.

  
  Saundra’s immediate family includes two daughters and their families. Spending time with family and friends is high on her list of favorite things to do along with a love of outdoor activities that include hiking, gardening, traveling around the hill country and to the Colorado Rockies whenever possible

• Bailey Ulrich , Receptionist

  
  Bailey has been with our practice since June 2010.  She is currently a High School Junior at Johnson H.S and helps us out after school when she's not tied up with Basketball as well as some Saturday's. 
  
  When not at school, basketball practice or at work Bailey enjoys hanging out with her friends and spending time with her 2 dogs Titan a 10 month old St. Bernard and Duke a 5 YO Basset Hound.

• Kristen Atchley , Receptionist

  
  Kristen is our newest employee and has been with our practice since November 2010.  She was born and raised in San Antonio and received her Bachelor's Degree in Business from UTSA.
  
  Kristen is married to an man, Eric, with whom she has an adorable son, Alexander.  She also has 2 additional family members, Cujo & Molly whom she rescued and loves and adores.  Kristen loves spending time with her family, playing with her dogs, and working at Cibolo Canyons Vet Hospital.  In her spare time she works at her professional pet sitting service.

• Heather M. Williams , Hospital Administrator

  
  Heather is our Hospital Administrator and has been with our practice since it's opening in April 2009.  She worked with Dr. Fehlis in 1999 for a short period of time before relocating to Austin.  Heather has worked in the Human Resources field for over 15 years with 7 of those being in the veterinary field. 
  
  She was born at Ft. Hood in Killeen, TX and then moved to San Antonio shortly after. 
  
  Heather has an amazing husband, Cutter, whom she met in 1993 in her first semester of college.  They have two beautiful children, Cutter II, 5 and Cadence, 3, that keep them very busy. 
  
  When not at work Heather enjoys spending time with her family, working out, horseback riding and being around water.
